Yes, you can get a 100% refund for the event ticket up to 2 weeks before the Longevity Games event.

Can I bring friends?

Yes!  Please bring your friends to watch you participate and cheer you on.  There is no charge for Longevity Games observers.

Question 3

I signed up, so now what?

Accepted Answer

Be on the look out for an email from info@longevitygames.com a week or two before the event, letting you know what your time slot is to show up.  If that's not an appropriate time for you, let us know and we'll put you in another time slot more appropriate for you.

Will there be more Longevity Games events?

Yes, we're planning on several yearly Longevity Games events in the DFW area and will announce the next one after our first event.

Can I volunteer?

Yes, we're always looking for volunteers to help with checking in participants and guiding them to the exercises they'll be doing.  Fitness instructors are especially welcome, but anyone who enjoys helping others are always welcome to volunteer as well.  Volunteers get a free Longevity Games athletic shirt and can participate in the event at no charge.

Will there be medals?

Accepted Answer

Yes, participants who finish the novice level will get a bronze medal and pin.  Participants who finish the intermediate level will get a silver medal and pin.  And participants who finish the proficient level will get a gold medal and pin.

Is this Longevity Games event similar to the one in the UK?

Yes, our event will have the same exercises and levels of participation just like the one that originated in Swindon UK in 2024.

Should I prepare for this event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our website lists all the exercises that you'll be doing so please familiarize yourself with them and practice all before coming to the Longevity Games event.  These exercises don't require any special equipment and can be performed just about anywhere you can stand up, even your bedroom.
