Choose your level: Novice, Intermediate, or Proficient

Complete all 5 Longevity Games anti-aging exercises and repetitions as shown below.
That's it.
If you wish to earn a free Longevity Games medal then record a video of yourself completing all 5 Longevity Games exercises, upload to Youtube.com and tag it with #longevitygameschallenge. Email info@longevitygames.com the web link to your Youtube video and if you're one of the first 60 we select, you'll be sent your free Longevity Games medal.

NOTE: With the Longevity Games Challenge, the bodyweight exercises and number of repetitions are the same as the Longevity Games (at a track), but with no laps around a track. Also, the lunge and burpee exercises are to be done in place, so instead of going 25, 50, 100, 200 meters, you need to do 25x, 50x, 100x, 200x repetitions instead. This allows you to do the Longevity Games Challenge anywhere: your bed room, living room, backyard, park, etc.
