Experience a day of movement, community, and longevity at the Longevity Games, happening at the University of Texas at Arlington’s Mavericks Stadium on April 4, 2026, from 10 AM to 3 PM.
Inspired by the natural, everyday movements of people living in the world’s Blue Zones—regions known for exceptional longevity—this event features body‑weight exercises that build strength, mobility, and resilience for all ages and fitness levels.
🏋️♂️ Event Format: Five Functional Body‑Weight Exercises
Participants will complete five core exercises, each modeled after natural movements practiced daily by people in the world’s longest‑living communities:
